The college has access to DrillBit, a plagiarism detection software, to provide similarity check facility in the academic output (theses, dissertations, research papers, project reports, books, book chapters etc.) of the faculties, research scholars and PG students of the college.
Instructions:
- It is advised to faculties to send their document (research paper, book, book chapter, thesis etc.) whenever it is on its final stage.
- Only the chapters/topics including Introduction to Conclusion will be sent to check. Please avoid to include affiliation details, references, prefaces, certificates, questionnaires etc. for plagiarism check. These will raise the percentage of plagiarism in the report.
- Document can be in following file format .doc, .docx, .pdf, and .rtf.
- Document written in Hind and Sanskrit language should be in Unicode flie formats such as: Mangal, Arial Unicode MS, Aparajita, Kokila etc.
- Please rename the filename of your manuscript as:
Name of Supervisor_ Name of Research Scholar_ Language of Document_Deptt._ Current Session_ Type of Document ( Research Paper, Thesis, Book Chapter etc.)_ Title of Document - For examples:
Dr. Puja Rai_Arti Shukla_English_Botany_2019_Thesis_Nutrition and Growth of Blue Green Algae in Gangetic Region

- Author’s name and title of document must be in Full and accurate. Any mistakes in author names and document title cannot be corrected after the report has been prepared.
- It is also advised to include author’s name and title of document in the e-mail.
- E-mail your renamed document which includes introduction to conclusion on plagiarism.cmpdc@gmail.com
- Only faculty members / supervisors are allowed to send the manuscripts to check. Any request made by research scholars and PG students in this regard will not be entertained.
- Any document will be checked only once.
- Institutional Academic Integrity Panel (IAIP) for complain regarding plagiarism issues.
